Engineers on every project

An engineer leads each project from the first review to the final shipment. They read your drawings, question them where it helps, and stay with the product until it ships.

We work inside the world's largest electronics supply chain. Supplier visits, line checks and quality inspections happen in person.

All three languages in-house, so requirements reach the factory floor exactly as you wrote them.

Sourcing, auditing and qualifying the right factories and vendors, in person and against your standards.

We are on the factory floor while your product is being made, from the first article to the last carton.

Quality control & logistics

Inspection, testing and shipping to your door, with documentation you can hand to your own auditors.

About

From paper to production.

China Worx was founded in 2019 by Kai Färber, a German engineer based in Shenzhen. Raised in Munich and fluent in German, English and Chinese, he started China Worx to do the work he enjoys most: turning product ideas into hardware that ships. The team combines European engineering practice with the speed and depth of the Shenzhen supply chain.

Most of what we build is covered by NDA, so the best way to see how we work is to bring us a project.
