Engineering

Functional prototypes and design iteration, validated against your requirements before any tooling is committed.

Sourcing, auditing and qualifying the right factories and vendors — in person, against your standards.

About

One team, embedded where hardware actually gets made.

China Worx was founded in 2019 by Kai Färber, a German engineer based in Shenzhen. Raised in Munich and fluent in German, English and Chinese, he built China Worx to be the partner he wished Western companies had: an engineering team embedded in the Chinese supply chain, fluent on both sides of it.

We work as a team and stay deliberately understated. The proof of our attention to detail is the work.
